TELKOM PROPERTY Indonesia is a property company that focuses on developing and managing properties for Telkom Indonesia and other property businesses. The company manages various types of properties, such as office buildings, data centers, and housing. The aim is to meet the needs of the property market in Indonesia and strengthen Telkom Indonesia's position as a leading telecommunications company.

Coinciding with the Company's 30th anniversary since its establishment on September 30, 1981 and commemorating 10 (ten) years of ownership of PT Graha Sarana Duta (myTelkomProperty) by PT Telkom Indonesia since its acquisition on April 25, 2001.

May 29, 2001, was designated as the birthday of TelkomProperty, which is based on the deed of sale and purchase regarding the Purchase of 100% Shares of PT Graha Sarana Duta by Telkom.

Through the approval of shareholder PT Telkom Indonesia, the Company now uses the TelkomProperty brand as the Company's new corporate branding.
